To all our customers and friends. Restaurant Deux will hang up its hat on Saturday 22 September 2012.

We are closing Restaurant Deux to concentrate on two exciting new challenges.

le petit deux – la nuit will emerge at night at the current venture at 27 King St, Newcastle with a focus on a modern French bistro style of cuisine. We have gone down a more casual approach to the food. Some of the favourites from Restaurant Deux will be there, but new dishes will emerge. The same attentive service will still be there, as well as a wine list that focuses on local and French wines.

In addition we have taken over the functions and the tapas style menu at Longworth House. The new menu starts mid October and we are really looking forward to it. The menu will offer a variety of dishes with French influences.

le petit deux will open for dinner on 11 October 2012 from Wednesday – Saturdays from 6.00pm. Ph 02 4929 2323.

Longworth House is open from Wed to Sat from 5.50pm for tapas. Ph 02 4927 0077.
